Jadore Academy T&C’s

A deposit will secure your place on the course. Full payment is due 14 days prior to course date and you will be emailed your manual upon full payment being made. A student is accepted for enrolment once full payment has been received. This payment is non-refundable, but may be transferred to another course/date within 6 months at Jadore Academys discretion. 

Full course fees must be paid via bank transfer or credit/debit card 14 days before the course commences, unless a payment plan or other method of payment is previously agreed and has been confirmed via email. Jadore Academy reserves the right to cancel a course/courses if full payment has not been received. On the rare occasion we may have to postpone or cancel the payment is non-refundable and we will ensure we arrange a date suitable for you. Jadore Acadmey reserves the right to change courses, dates, examination dates, examination locations, course content, tutor and fees without any prior notice. Jadore Academy will not be held responsible for any costs incurred if any instances happen where the course is needed to be rescheduled at last minute. We will offer alternative dates for students to attend, REFUNDS are not available on any of our courses

On occasion, there will be no shows and last minute cancellations when it comes to models that at are not in the control of Jadore Academy, we take no responsibility or liability in any form in these situations.

Students should arrive on time, please contact us at the earliest opportunity if you cannot arrive on time.
Jadore Acadmey reserves the right to withhold certificates for poor attendance.
Absence should be avoided wherever possible. If you arrive more than 10mins late you will be refused entry to the course and will loose your course fee, it is imperative you arrive on time as we have so much to get through.

Rude and abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of courses. No refunds will be given.
All rooms are to be kept in a clean and tidy manner. Students who cause any damages to Jadore Academys property will be held responsible and charged appropriately. If necessary, police will be informed. Theft will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of all classes and no refund given. Police will be informed.

Any personal belongings at the premises are left at the students own risk, this also includes car parking. There is no allocated parking for students. There is plenty of public roads around the salon to park but please ensure you are checking the time frames and they are not double yellow lines. Jadore Academy take no responsibility for damage or theft to cars or parking tickets. We advise you park opposite the salon down windmil road where there is no time limit for parking.

All terms and conditions are accepted by students upon booking any courses.

Please be aware there is a policy for cancellations. 
If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, there will be a 50% fee of your treatment booked.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a full charge of the treatment booked
Any fees unpaid will result in you no longer being able to book an appointment.
You are agreeing to this by making this appointment.

Skin By Jadore T&C's

We accept shop product returns within 28 days of purchase if you are not happy with your product. The product must be returned in original packaging and un-used. If you are returning via postal, the postal fee will not be covered by Skin by jadore. 

You are able to return to the salon for your refund. If returned via postal service, once we have received and are satisfied the products hasn't been used or tampered with you will receive your refund minus any postage fee's within 5-7 business working days.
